Order Policy
Orders are handled Tuesday through Saturday. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and three weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made. Any items you see on the official NEW VINTAGE Jewelry social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@newvintagejewelry.com.

Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, please bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact NEW VINTAGE Jewelry. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us.
