Pearls and corals are vulnerable to acid and alkaline. To preserve your pearls’ and corals’ radiance, avoid letting them come into contact with cosmetics, hair spray, or perfume. Always put on your jewelry as a final touch, after applying make-up and styling hair. 

Perspiration can dull the luster of pearls and coral. After wear, wipe them gently with a soft cloth before returning them to the box. To avoid scratches, keep each piece away from sharp objects and harder gemstones—store pieces separately in a compartmentalized jewelry box.
