Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Orders are handled Tuesday through Saturday. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and three weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For in-stock pieces, please allow 2–3 business days for preparation and dispatch.

NEW VINTAGE offers complimentary international expediated shipping with insurance via DHL or FedEx with DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)
Duties & Taxes
For customers outside of the USA, all orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes will not be eligible for a refund.
For USA customers, if sales tax is applicable, it will calculate at checkout. Sales tax is not applicable in most states at this time.
International order

Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every NEW VINTAGE piece is crafted with intention and inspected with care prior to shipment. For this reason, all purchases are considered final once placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If Your Piece Arrives Damaged
In the rare case your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their complete original packaging.
Purchases from Outside Retailers
If your NEW VINTAGE piece was purchased through an external retailer or partner store, please return or exchange the item directly with the retailer where it was originally purchased.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased on our official channels.
