NEW VINTAGE Repair Services

Please contact us first—we’ll share return instructions and shipping details. After inspection, confirmed manufacturing defects are repaired at no charge. If the issue isn’t a manufacturing defect, we’ll explain options and, if available, provide a repair quote.

Conditions and Exclusions

Our warranty extends exclusively to the original purchaser of NEW VINTAGE. Services performed elsewhere void coverage. As fine jewelry naturally shows wear, we do not cover damage from daily use, improper care, loss, or theft.

Non-Defect Issues

Discoloration from chemicals or cosmetics; wear from pools or bathing; natural thinning of metal or prongs over time; bent or worn prongs causing a loose or lost stone; loss of stones due to impact, chipping, or accidental damage. Subtle handcraft variations and natural gemstone characteristics are part of each piece’s character and aren’t considered defects.
